My order says delivered, but I never received it!

This is very common, please allow 2 more business days before contacting us. Sometimes the mailman marks a package as "delivered" before actually making the delivery.

All orders are shipped via USPS (Postal Service) to the address provided by the customer upon placing your order. If your package is missing from your delivery address, please follow the link below to submit a missing mail search or contact your local post office.

When will I receive my order?

It typically takes about 1-2 business days to process your order and 2-4 business days for our orders to get to our customers. 

West coast customers will receive their orders in about 2-3 business days, where-as eastcoast customers will receive their order within 3-5 business days. Our orders are shipped out from our kitchen in Los Angeles, CA.

Please note: We often get a surge in orders due to high demand, we will inform you if any additional handling days are required via email.

I inputted the wrong address!

Please contact us within 4 hours to change your address and we will be glad to do it for you! If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.

If the package is returned to Lilys Chilies due to an incorrect shipping address, we will refund you only on the merchandise. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded and a shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is currently $3.80 and free for orders above $14.99

Do you offer a faster shipping option?

Expedited shipping is available upon checkout which will allow you to choose Priority shipping (1-3 business days) at $7.95. If you need it sooner please email lilyschilies@gmail.com.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Orders are processed & shipped in our facility in North Hollywood, California!

We currently only ship throughout USA. We apoligize for any inconvenice this may cause!

What payment methods do you accept?

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at lilyschilies@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I return my order?

All products purchased from LILY'S CHILIES are guaranteed to be fresh and made in a Registered Food FacilityFood product cannot be returned once it leaves our facility. If you are not 100% satisfied with your food purchase, please contact us and tell us why! Your feedback is important to us!

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a 4 hour window time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hi@lilyschilies.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Can I alter my order?

Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order and we will be able to modify it.

 

Once shipping confirmation is received we will not be able to modify any orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are you located?

Lily's Chilies kitchen facility is located in North Hollywood, California!

What is the best way to store the candy?

After opening the package, the candy freshness can be extended if kept in it's sealed bag in a cool, dry place. Refrigerating them helps preserve their freshness. If you want the best tasting candy possible, we suggest opening them as soon as it's delivered :)

Are the candies fresh and how long will it last?

We take pride in our brand and in our candies! Our candies are made 100% fresh the day it ships, you will see a "best by" date on each bag to specify when it will be fresh until, this is not an expiration date.
 
Please note, the candy itself however has an expiration date of one year from the best by date at minimum.
